For Trading & Demat:

Trade only through registered members of the Exchange.

Read, understand, and then sign any voluntary clauses agreed between you and the Member.

Register your mobile number and email ID with your broker to receive trade confirmations through SMS/email by end of trading day.

Before granting Power of Attorney (PoA) to operate your Demat account, carefully examine its scope and implications.

Always verify the Authorised Person’s credentials before account opening.

Regularly check your ledger balance and contract notes on your broker’s website.

Inform your broker immediately in case of any irregular or unauthorised trading activity.

For Mutual Fund Investments:

Invest only through SEBI-registered AMFI distributors or official mutual fund platforms.

Always verify ARN (AMFI Registration Number) of your distributor.

Read the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) carefully before investing.

Link your email and mobile number to your folio to receive regular transaction alerts.

Review your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) periodically to track holdings and SIPs.

Understand your risk profile and investment horizon before selecting a scheme.

Use auto-debit SIPs only from your verified bank account.

Keep your nomination details updated.

For Trading & Demat:

Do not enter into any assured returns arrangement.

Do not rely on rumours, tips, or unsolicited stock advice.

Do not make or accept cash payments for margins or settlements.

Do not share your login credentials or OTPs with anyone.

Avoid trading without reading and understanding the Risk Disclosure Agreement.

Do not deal with unregistered intermediaries or individuals claiming insider access.

Avoid using public Wi-Fi or shared systems for trading or demat access.

For Mutual Fund Investments:

Do not invest based solely on past returns or celebrity endorsements.

Never share your folio number, PAN, or OTPs with unauthorized persons.

Avoid making payments to personal accounts — always invest via official AMC or distributor channels.

Do not fall for schemes promising guaranteed or fixed returns — mutual funds are subject to market risks.

Don’t stop SIPs or redeem funds based on short-term market fluctuations.

Do not sign blank or incomplete forms.

Never share your CAS or investment statement publicly or via unsecured links.
